Early calls and long days
Breakfast at five and hot food at the end of a fourteen-hour day are the normal case here, not an exception that costs extra.
Catering that
We cater film and television production across the Greater Toronto Area, including multi-day shoots and moving locations. Production catering is a logistics problem before it is a food problem: call times move, locations change, and crew eat in shifts. We plan for the schedule you actually have rather than the one on the call sheet from last week.

What’s included
Breakfast at five and hot food at the end of a fourteen-hour day are the normal case here, not an exception that costs extra.
Moving between locations across a shoot is planned into the schedule, including the travel time that makes hot food arrive hot.
A crew has more dietary requirements than a wedding and less time to accommodate them. They are tracked in advance and served in the same line as everyone else.
The table between meals matters as much as the meals. It is restocked through the day rather than laid out once.
Capacity
Crew size and shooting days together drive the plan. A six-day shoot with a moving unit is a different problem from a single studio day, and the quote should reflect that rather than a per-head rate applied to both.

How it works
01
Shooting days, locations, call times, and crew size. The call sheet tells us more than a menu brief does.
02
A per-day plan covering meals, craft service, and how food gets to each location on time.
03
Schedules move. We expect changes and plan the buffer rather than treating each one as an exception.
04
Service to the call sheet, restocked craft table, and clear-down that does not hold up the wrap.
